Strawberry Bolle Recipe 03 October 2008
Ingredients
1 bottle (chilled) Champagne
8 tbsp Sugar
3 bottles (chilled) Apple Cider
1 kg (sliced) Strawberries
Strawberry Bolle Directions
Sprinkle strawberries with sugar, add one bottle cider. Chill for several hours. To serve, pour into large bowl with ice, add the rest of the wine. Serve in small wine glasses.
Serve Strawberry Bolle in a White Wine Glass
