Ramos Fizz Recipe 04 October 2008
Ingredients
1 1/2 oz Gin
1/2 oz (fresh) Lemon Juice
1/2 oz (fresh) Lime Juice
2 tbsp Cream
1/4 oz Club Soda
3 drops Orange Flower Water
1 tbsp Powdered Sugar
1 Egg White
Ramos Fizz Directions
Add the ingredients except club soda to a chilled mixer and shake for at least one minute. Strain into a thin goblet and top off with chilled club soda, to taste.
Serve Ramos Fizz in a Red Wine Glass
