Light and Dark Recipe 04 October 2008
Ingredients
1 1/2 oz Dark Rum
1 1/2 oz Light Rum
1 oz (Crushed) Ice
Sweet and Sour Mix
Light and Dark Directions
Add rums, sour mix and ice to a shaker and shake. Pour into a whiskey sour glass or 10 oz. goblet. Garnish with a lime wedge.
Serve Light and Dark in a Red Wine Glass
